Socalfosh, those tips seem like everything!!!! I just tried it. Well the breathing one and it seemed to work. It seems like i get iit alot in the night i have so many things that run through my head and half of them wont materialize the other half is just me over thinking alot...i just want to thank you for taking time out to give me those tips becuase as surgery draws near these will be very useful

After my senior year of high school which was last year i have been so quick to get anxiety attacks....like i think about something to hard or know how life changing something will be or me i bug out and have an axiety attack...before when it used to happen i didnt know how to control it but now when i feel it coming on i know that ita just that and not a heart attack or w.ever else... but these past couple of weeks anxiety has been killing me and surgery couldnt take no.longer to come... seriously...i cant take it anymore i just need it to happen so i can move on with my life because i hate these feelings...does anyone habe any ideas for what they do when the have anxiety?? Maybe how they surpress the feeling without meds? And other than tryna get it off their mind...im desperate for solutions because right about now i eat....sleep....and breath sleeve...

What insurance u got? My bmi is 49.2 i hope i get approved cuz i made so many preparations

How much have u lost since surgery..mines is in two weeks my pre op diet starts friday

Girl im going through the same thing same border line diabetes and obesity...i just sent in the request i only hope i get approved....my mother said i should be good but we shall see..good luck

Hey yall!!!! So my psych eval is tmro all pre-op necessities are winding up just fine...all im worried about now is this psych eval tmro any advice other than "just be honest" cuz honesty might just make them tell me no....lol but yea any words would be greatly appreciated!!

So imma start working out for the next 3 weeks so hopefully when my date come the main would be very minimal

Hows your skin?? Would you say working out before being sleeved would help with skin?

I will be sleeved nnext month and i wanted to know how long would it take me to hit the gym...i see alot ofyou guys looking great post op i would love to know your secrets...oh and how long until i can go back to work? I do alot of heavy lifting.

I hope when im done my body looks sometging like that....it basically bounced right back....u look good girl

Well look at it this way you werent the first to do this diet and u wont be the last people struggle and some cheat the best thing for you to do is not worry about how many days it is but worry about each day as it comes thats the only way you can tackle the pre op diet.... focuz on the moment cuz thats all u can live for and i have began to apply that to alot of other areas in my life...and found it to be true...but hey look at the bright side we are all on here for the same thing so if u need a friend im never to far away as well as the next person we can all be ur support system...and about your husband and son...thats a complicated one all i can say to that is think about how much it would beniit u to just stick to yoyr diet...because there is a reason our doc puts us on these things...its to make our livers shrink...my doc told me if after the 14 days she opens me up and my liver is to big shes closing ne right back up and sending me on my way she wont risk any complications....(sorrg for the long ass paragraph) lol

My pre-op diet starts nov 30 im a mess cuz idk how ill take this.... regaurding taking out meals andadding shakes friday ita w.e works for you mama..but that sounds like a good idea

If i cheat and when my doctor opens me up if my liver is to big she will close me up and not work on me...so cheating is not an option....

Honestly that really juat changed my mindset on getting this surgery before i wasnt sure but now i know im sure...i will get it and i know that he loves me it just my insecurities im gonna just stop doubting myself......and juat take chances.. i love myself aand for so long iave bbeen doing things for ppl and i think its time to do things for myself...thank you for that word....my surgery date is dec 14 ill definitly let you know how my life goes.. thankxx again
