  4. No soda??? Wow my diet says we can have soda but only diet and if we drink caffeine only use artificial sweetners...which to me is disgusting so i stay far away from it...but i agree this group is very very helpful i learn new things everyday...we are all in the same boat right now....and you know we got your back so keep us posted on your surgery i would love to know how the healing process went...
  5. Yup its real hard i got light headed alot...but just remember when your drinking alot you will have to pee alot.....i was in the bathroom 24/7...
  6. My surgeon says you can but do not swallow any water or tooth paste which maybe a lil hard bexause when you bruah your teeth something always goes down.

  13. Ok well good luck with that now im focused on trying to get this pre op diet rifght i said i was gonna drink a big glass of water before every shake so im not as hungry...hiw doea that sound?
  14. I said when i graduated from hs thats whenn it was the worst meaning anxiety levels..
  15. Ok so i didnt say graduating hs was the worst thing that happened to me... i said thats when it started... when i was in high school i had a hard time around 10th grade i never went to school i didnt really wanna but somewhere around 11 grade a light bulb went off in mg head. Do i wanna be here forever?? And the answer was no... somehow i happened to put all the begative thoughts behind me and focus on graduating it wasnt easy bexause i thought i wasnt gonna graduate...thays where the anxiety came from...not knowing where live would take me now that hs was done...no more babying...etc i had to do everything on my own now forreal the thought consumed my mind and thats what scared me....but i think starting college was the best thing ive done so far i feel very accomplished knowing where i cane from....i see a counselor....now dont get it twisted i have some belief in myself but i do have doubts like i stated above...growing up i always let negative thoughts cloud my mind am i ready for the surgery?? Hell yea i am i couldnt have been more ready to change my life but when i talk to someone and they say negative things...it puts scary thing into my conscience like i spoke to my aunt yeaterday and she said to me that the reason y my cousin didnt get it was because alot of people pass away shortly after surgery which scared the crap outta me cuz that was one of my anxieties even if one of my othe cousins had it like 6 years ago idk y i am so doubtful
  16. Im 18 n putting it off would make me reget that. I usually get anxiety around life changing things..graduating hs was the worst!!!! thts when it began.
