Ear plugs! I almost forgot those! I one who has to have white noice to sleep.. hospitals are so loud.. my heartbeat wil be white noice enough! Lol Phone charger is a great idea too! O could not live without my phone! Lol

I see the NUT and the nurse tomorrow for my 2 wk pre op. Im both scared and excited! With all of us doing this at the same time we can lean on eachother and vent to one another.. right?? I have not gotten the gas x strips yet or the popsicles. But I will, anything else?

Liptons noodle soup is really good too.. just remove all the noodles. Plus one package can make like 8 cups

Not working is a great thing right now. This job was way to much stress.. way to long hours and just not a good fit. I have the option to come back of wanted but really i want to take this time and like u said get on a schedule and figure out what is gonna work for me and my son. ★THANK U SO MUCH★ For the congrats on both. I am so excited for this next chapter!! TMI question.. with the liquid diet do u have to go poo alot?? Just asking

Got my surgery date!!! January29th With the pre op diet (2 weeks) starting the 15th. I am so excited! I also just found out I will bo longer be working. So.... what to do with myself! Advice..

Im getting sleeved on the 29th. Pre op is next Wednesday the 15th. I am so ready! A little nervous about the all liquids for 2 weeks. I am just glad its here finally! So what kind of stuff did u have for your liquid diet?

I am so sorry to hear that u r sick! Try Cold eze! It cuts the cold in half! Liptons noodle soup strained is really nummy and soothes the sick feeling. Good luck!

I have heard great things about the premier protein shakes. I use Pro fit by Itworks.com it is a powder that offers 14g of protein. Add in a few fruits and I have my meal. I am pre op still with no date yet. I jave been using this protein powder for about 3 months now. Love the taste. Good luck finding what works best for all of you. =)

Do u live in Spokane or will u be traveling? I am using Dr. Spitz from Rockwood. I am traveling and wanting to know how the road back home will feel on my new tummy. It would be great to pick ur brain when u r post op, and have someone to talk to who is using the same hospital/staff.. keep me informed.. maybe we could exchange numbers.

I am still waiting for a date to start my liquid diet. It will consist of 5 shakes and broth, jello anything sf and liquid. For 14 days. I am excited and nervous about this next chapter!

Ok so even with a 2 week diet I may be able to be squeezed in, in January. ..right? We r just waiting on the NUT report. I am very very VERY impatient! I wished I knew the final answer and had a date in mind. The waiting is driving be bonkers! Anyone else in the same boat?

We r in the same boat April! Same insurance down to the same hoops.. I do not have sleep apnea tho. I just the nut today and waiting on the final approvals. Dont ya just love this waiting game. . It sucks! Lol
