  1. My doc does a leg scan for clots before and after surgery.
  2. Just found out and now I am anxious. I was feeling good about it until now. I go Monday or Tuesday for the pre-op registering and then Wednesday I go to my doctor for the leg scan and talk with the nutritionist. Finally!
  3. My date will be either 26th or 30th. Start pre-op liquid diet tomorrow. Hate that my dr. wants 3 weeks but it has to be done.
  4. My husband had the sleeve in May 2012 and it took a good 2 months before it seemed to really kick in and the weightloss started really good. I am due for surgery with in a month and I hope it sticks for me.
  5. I am having surgery with Dr. Gregory Barnes. He has an office in Plano and one in Fort Worth. My husband had surgery with him in May 2012 and I really like him. The office staff is very friendly.
  6. Nope, not the same thing as stated above. I had both done. I don't understand why they would need both though.
  7. I am with Cigna and its been almost 3 weeks and I just commented to a friend this morning about it being the worst.
  8. You can get magnesium oil. Just do a research on it and see what would work for you. Some people put it in water or whatever but I apply to my skin and brush my teeth with it. Energy and all over good feeling since starting.
  9. My main one is that my knees hurt so bad and I am scared to death that I will have to have my knees replaced and that my husband won't be able to take care of me the way that I took care of him when he had his replaced. I also want to be able to be able to play with my grandchildren.
