I weigh every morning after I go to the bathroom and before my shower. i dont dare get on it in the evening.Always 1-2 lbs different. Sometimes I get on (and if I lost)Jump off and back on to make sure I read it right. I really need to have my family hide it from me and give it back once a week.Sometimes if I get up early like 4am to use the bathroom I will step on it!!!! Its to addictive!!

My trip was very long.I live in Va.But other than the trip being long everything else was great!! Your in good hands with Dr.Aceves and his team.

I just went to Dr. Aceves on 12/6/07. I would recommend him in a heart beat!! Im actaully headed back this month for my 1st fill.

Well I was banded FINALLY!! after long wait.Got banded 12/6/07. Feeling pretty good most of the time except some gas pains everynow and then. Tired from the traveling I did coming back from Mx.Got in last night (well early this morning)to Va around 2am got home around 3Am slept few hours and got to work at 9am. Im on the Clear liquids I think for like 10 days.Im trying not to count them just hoping they will fly by!!! I should roll in to the mushy stage right around xmas and Im looking forward to it!!!! Hope everyone is doing well.And congrats!!! Jennifer

Did she say how much she gave you? I was thinking about going thru them but was wondering.I know the first amount is $299.00 Then after is $150 right? And i think I seen a $75 office visit. Do you have to pay the 150 and 75? Or is it like if you go and dont get a fill you just pay $75. Sorry if I confused you.

Hi Mona, I will also be gettin the band.I just got my money to pay for mine also. I will be going to Dr.Aceves on Dec 7th for my surgery.I did alot of research in the last months and finaly made my decision on him.I went by his experience,his stats,his aftercare(knowing he would be there for me),along with other things. I feel like I will be in one of the best's Doc's hands. When are you planning on visiting his facilty? Jen

They also have something called Ematral(sp) at the drug store you can use.I get that for when we have the stomach viruses.Seems to work pretty good.Its a liguid.
