    Oh man sounds like me! I tried very small piece meatloaf and it felt like swallowing a cactus !!! You know that feeling you get if you swallow something that goes down wrong??? That kind of hurt!!!!!

    Hi I was sleeved by Dr Stephens in Rockwall 7 weeks ago and although it is an adjustment, I feel great! Down 56 lbs and counting. I just started exercising a little more and am feeling stronger. I love Dr Stephens staff!!! Good Luck!
