  2. Thanks ElleG. I have been working a lot. Just haven't felt normal in a couple of days!!
  3. Well I am just a little over a month out with my surgery. (July 22) I have been on food for a little over a week. My dr said it was ok to move forward since I was doing so well. I take my vitamins, birth control and Wellbutrin everyday. Yesterday I felt like I was in a fog and today it's worse. I'm light headed and just not feeling up to par... Any suggestions?
  4. I am having Chinese crab bake and its awesome!!! Very high in protein!!!
  5. I had gained 4 pounds when I weighed at hospital and they told me it was from IV fluids. I have not had a bad time at all. I didn't wear drainage tubes home, I didn't haven't any stitches or staples (just surgical glue) and I went to the bathroom 3rd day home and still going. I had surgery on July 22 and I feel so much better already. I do get tired a lot but I just try and push right through it. I pray that you all get past the gas and pain soon!!!! SW 282 DOS 274 CW 252

  8. I cook for my hubby and daughter (mon pork chops, mashed potatoes, corn on cob. tues lasagna and garlic bread. wed fried fish, homemade hushpuppies, tater tots. thurs cubed steak gravy, homemade biscuits, green beans, mashed potatoes, homemade blackberry cobbler) too but I do want food! I know it's a head thing but apparently I am really hard headed! Lol
  9. Hahahaha. I just told my best friend and hubby I never knew how many commercials were about food but it makes me not want to watch tv!!!
  10. Not yet I am still liquid bound ;(
  11. I had surgery July 22. My daughters sixth birthday was this week and the cake is still here (that's hard) this weekend we have a family reunion that I helped plan so I have to go. What's really bad is most of my family is overweight and one of my cousins even tempted me with pepperoni off a pizza at my daughters birthday party. I said my head tells me to devour this pizza but I can't. She said why don't you take a piece pepperoni and hold in mouth just to get flavor. (She weighs over 400). I am eating egg drop soup but that's about it. The drinks I liked before surgery now seem so thick and unbearable. Pray for me! HW - 281 preop (rny) - 274 cw - 261
