  1. I know the feeling seems like i eat something once and then i dont want it again. It's been hard finding a protein shake i can tolerate so far none.
  2. Thanks for all your advice i have tried the unjury i can't stand any of it, but hopefully it will get better with time.
  3. I'm three weeks post op and i can't find any protein shake that taste good. I have tried so many even making my own. Also anytime i drink or eat i feel sick but never vomit just feel sick. Anyone else?? I'm still having trouble getting in my fluids cause just the thought of drinking makes me sick.
  4. I made a vanilla protein shake and added strawberries and banana and skim milk it tasted really good and i was able to drink it.
  5. I'm drinking the herbalife but after surgery it does not taste good to me.

  7. Mine is from one of the 6 incisions its next to my belly button they said it was normal just wondered how long it was suppose to last
  8. My surgery was Aug 5th I'm having trouble getting in enough of anything water is getting better but i can't do the shakes now they taste so bad any suggestions on other shakes to try?
  9. Did any one have any trouble with drainage from one incision spot??? I'm 6 days post OP and still changing dressing on it? Also yes the burping if horrible i get it all the time.
  10. You can pretty much eat any meat as long as its pureed, mix it with light mayo. Mashed potatoes n gravy. Apple sauce and i put vanilla protein powder in all my stuff for extra protein. Oatmeal is good too.
  11. My menu in my book they gave me has meal ideas its very helpful
  12. My pain is good just been taking pain pill at bed time. I been eating apple sauce and oat meal for breakfast it agreed with me.
  13. I had surgery aug 5th I'm doing good still getting used to how this pouch feels its very different that's for sure. I'm still a little sore but getting around good
  14. Day 2 post op have not felt hungry just thirsty, but have had broth and jello. Still a little stiff and sore but getting around good. Good luck to all having surgery this week!
  15. They said I should get to go home tomorrow. They been giving me broth n jello and a liquid protein drink that's pretty good. My stomach is sore but other than that i feel pretty good been out of surgery almost 24 hrs now.
  16. Hello I'm 12 hours post op doing good just had some broth n jello and some yummy liquid protein stuff on ice. I been up using the potty have had some leakage but nothing to worry about they said. Get to go home tomorrow.
  17. Today is my surgery day headed to the hospital soon wish me luck and say a prayer for me. Good luck to my other surgery buddies today!
  18. It was not to bad I've lost lbs doing it so i guess that's a good thing
  19. I'm on clear only just shakes broth, jello n popsicles.
  20. All i can have is protein shakes broth n jello. I'm on day 8, i have already lost over 15lbs not as hard as i thought but smelling the food makes ya hungry. My surgery is aug 5th.
  21. I'm on my 7th day of ten and have only had herbalife shakes broth n jello I'm doing good day 1 was the hardest got easier after the third.
  22. Five more days till surgery i can't wait.
  23. Have you tried the syntrax nectar its like drinking fruit juice it's really good.
