My surgery is scheduled for the 21st, I'm trying to gather all the items needed. I'm having a hard time getting my hands on liquid Gas-X. I checked Wal-Mart, Walgreens and CVS. No luck. Can anyone tell me where they got theirs at? Thanks! eclipse

Thanks on the CPAP 101. So I'm not missing out on anything. I've been cleaning like crazy, don't ask why, maybe to keep my mind off of things. I steam cleaned my entire house. Eclipse

I'm so relieved to know I'm not the only 1 who didn't follow the diet Brenda gave me. My surgery is the 21st of this month. Any advice you can give me, and also what's this machine that everyone seems to have except me. It's called CPAP (or something like that). I obviously didn't get the memo on this hot commodity!

I will be getting my lap band with Dr. Spivak on March 21st. I'm scared, and just want it to hurry up and get here. Anyone else scheduled for the 21st? Eclipse

I have been researching the lap band for almost 3 yrs now. I finally decided to see Dr. Spivak and got insurance approval. I'm excited, but also scared at the same time. I was born with a heart murmur I'm wondering if anyone has the same problem, and if so what type of meds (if any) did you have to take prior to having the lap band surgery. Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I to and new to this. Well actually I signed up like a yr ago, but I think I have finally gotten fed up with this weight issue and am serious about doing something about it. I will be attending the seminar on Wed. and am looking forward to this huge change in my life. I have to admit I'm scared of "going under the knife", but I'm sure that is normal! Eclipse
