  1. I'm 3 months out and just spent a week in bed since I can't put any weight on my foot. I have never had gout but I was told its from the sudden weight loss. Anyone know of foods that I should eat that will help limit this from happening again?
  2. Try propel zero grape was my fav till water got it taste now I can't take in enough water. And crystal lite has some good flavors.
  3.    Rem reacted to a post in a topic: Beef jerkey is my new best friend
  4. Have your tried making your own Jerkies? It's quite easy and you can cut a lot of the salts out and make any flavor you like. I've been making my own trail mixes with mixed nuts, raisins, and tons of different dried fruits.
