  1. I took off today. I didn't think i would be able to think! Hospital called and I am scheduled for 7:30. I have to be there at 6. I am nervous. Not about my decision but getting operated on.
  2. Good luck to all my fellow surgery buddies tomorrow!! How are you all spending you day today??

  4. I am freaking!! The nerves hit last night.
  5. Great news!! Congrats
  6. Horseback riding is on my list of things to do when I am smaller!!
  7. I am definitely not and expert. But for me I have this theory. When I know I am doing everything right it's my body holding on and if I don't get discouraged by it and keep doing what I am doing, I will finally let go. LOL. My problem is that allot of times I lost that battle because I would get discouraged and give up. Keep doing what your doing it will happen. I LOVE Myfitness pal too.
  8. Hi!! Are you logging your food and exercise? I find that helps me. And start measuring and weighing your food if you aren't already. I know my portion sizes tend to get bigger but I swear it's the same lol.
  9. I think I am still finding it hard to believe! My surgery is Tuesday. I keep thinking this time next week I will be on the losers bench. Vicki, I will be thinking of you on Thurs. Good luck and hope it's a speedy recovery.

  12. I hope so too. Yes it really says it!! I have been averaging about 500-600 calories. Today i weight myself and it showed heavier today than Saturday. I was bummed.
  13. I am on day 9 too. It sucks. I haven't cheated but only because day 9 is easy compared to days 1 &2. I don't want to go through feeling like that again.
  14. Hi!! Anyone buy any cookbooks specific for weight loss surgery? If you did what did you get?
  15. Hi!! I am the 6th too!!
  16. Yeah that's what I thought too!!! And I know if I did I would feel horrible after. I weighed myself today and its down a pound from yesterday. I have been trying to walk 2 miles a day. I have an app called RunKeeper that tell you how many calories burned. I am burning half my calories I am taking in. And fitness pal tells me I am in starvation mode. Yeah No kidding!!!
  17. I actually do thinking about that too. Or that I will not lose as much as I want.
  18. I don't think you screwed anything up. Just get back on track. One thing that's been keeping me from cheating, starting over. Day 1 and 2 were horrible.
  19. We can do it! It sucks but the reward will be worth it. The family got pizza. I was joking and said what if I just chewed and didn't swallow does it count. LOL
  20. August 6th. One minute I feel like omg that so close then I think about this stinking liquid diet!! Lol
