Great victory. I spent an hour and a half out side playing kickball with my 5 year old yesterday. It was so much fun. Tomorrow I have a 5k color run with friends. I hope every one enjoys their weekend!

Fortunately for me I think my work experience is the opposite. The people I work with are fabulous and supportive. On the flip side the people outside of work that I use to socialize with I don't really talk to at all unless I see them out when I go out. They don't ask me if I'm going out or to meet up...

So my crazy friend talked me onto buying these cute jeans. They are a little on the tight side but a size 29! I've NEVER paid $99 for a pair of jeans. .. or much of anything else. But I love these jeans! Going wogging this weekend! Glad the weather is a little better. Not add warm as I'd like though.

Had a great holiday with my little guy in Texas Found an awesome patch of bluebonnets and my best friend from high school took some awesome pics, will share when I get them. So my sisters were amazed at my wl.. and while my mom is excited about my loss so far, her comment was "You can still lose more" oy... however, I did lose 2 lbs while on my trip. and I enjoyed some of my favorite fast foods... just in moderation. Kind of nice to go order my fav... a whataburger with cheese, have them cut it in half and share it with my 5 year old.

I have been in a stall since late December. I have got to find a way to get past all the old fears jumping in my head. It's at those times, I want to eat everything I shouldn't! I keep reading where lots of people are near their goal, and I still have at least 25 pounds to go. It's frustrating. I am hoping that I can say I am back on track soon.Head games are the worst! Thanks for helping me see that I am not alone. Mel, Is it a stall? or is it a slooooooooow loss? I haven't had any big losses in a while, but i'm still losing about a pound every 2-3 weeks. Kristi

It really is!! We went to Wisconsin Dell's. Spent two days at a water park in a swimsuit. Looked around and realized that only was I not the fattest one in the park, even with my saggy skin, I looked better that quite a few there. And it was WONDERFUL to actually participate and not just watch from the sidelines. Enjoy the spa! You deserve it!! I need a swimsuit ... I just dread going and trying one on! my thighs are not bathing suit material

I got the Flex force. Today is my first day wearing it. It's flashing two lights. Not together. I'm surprised you found a force, I thought they were recalled? I love my flex but haven't worn it in several months, due to weather and lack of walking I didn't want to see how bad I was slacking

I have changed my weight loss goal... The dr said i'm good where i'm at... I had originally wanted to weigh less than hubby... so I went with 145 as a goal... I've decided I just want a healthy BMI so anything under 159 will be the sugar free icing on my cake

My sister got married last year to man with an autistic non verbal son... He's no longer non verbal Also, as an educator, I feel we all need to be aware of any disorders our students may have that challenge them and help them achieve to the best of their abilities.

Good to see you back. How are things? Hope you have a great trip and enjoy you family time. My brother and his family are in Dallas and he constantly reminds me of how warm it is there, as opposed to here in the city of brotherly love. ......burrrr i now offically hate winter. have a great day! yeah I can't say that I'm a fan of winter.... snow should be allowed from the end of november till the middle of february... then it's bring on the sunshine/rain and flowers! I signed up for my second 5k, doing the color run in Rochester at the end of May... took a lot of guts but I ordered a medium tshirt... I just got my Autism Awareness tshirt and ordered a large and I'm really hoping it shrinks! it's too big! so totally strange! Last year's shirt was a 3X

Congratulations!!! Do they count the 60 to 80% based on excess weight or based on your starting weight? If I go off of excess weight im at 80% now but if I go off of start weight it is lower than that. Im still thrilled. I think it is based on excess weight? I will ask when I go back in July for my 1 year.

I had my 8 month check up yesterday and the PA said Congratulations you have reached your year goal in 8 months. They wants us to lose 60-80% of our weight by 12 months, I'm at 66%. I told her I wasn't done yet, I'd really like to lose more. I'm happy where I'm at, but if I can' lose another 10-25 lbs I'll be at the goal I set for myself.. and I really want to weigh less than my hubby (even though I can now fit into his jeans)
