  1. Someone was telling me about a flavorless "sprinkle" you can put in anything even Water. Has anyone heard or tried it. What's it called and where can I get it? surgery: April 24th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  2. I think Friday weigh in is a great idea! Great job to all the posters so far!! I would love to participate myself however I don't have an accurate scale. I try to avoid my at home scare being it will say one weight then few days later decide to jump 10 pounds!! surgery: April 24th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  3. Very excited, had surgery April 24th, a month today, and I'm feeling great!! I've had my ups and downs, regrets and times I said I shouldn't have had this. But being where I'm at now, over 20 pounds lighter and already feeling my old clothes slip off is just an amazing feeling! surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  4. Well I know surgery messes with everything but I find my bowel movements very off. I had surgery a month ago and I almost never have bowel movements. I've only have had maybe about 4 or 5 since surgery. I'm not constipated but they have me prescription for constipation that I haven't taken once, should I try them and see what happens because I know it's not healthy if I don't have movements. surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  5. Lol yes I am always wearing a hat or skully. I agree would be great to stop just a habit to grab when I'm out and about. surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds

  7. Thank you everybody. I personally didn't notice a difference until I compares these photos, first from January 1st, second a few days ago. After realizing the difference I'm feeling so motivated to keep going thanks again. If anyone else had before and after I'm excited to see them!! surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  8. I've done the same thing, I've never actually purred anything I've just chewed them very well for about a minute and only put small peices of whatever in my mouth at a time surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds

  10. Well so far I had maybe less then a quarter of a turkey burger and it stayed down just fine. I've been told I could have grilled chicken so I'm deciding if I wanna try that. As for hotdogs my mother actually gets turkey dogs so don't know much about that. Tho I listed all that no, I'm not eating it all just debating what I would want surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  11. What exactly is Water loading? surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  12. Well with Sunday being Memorial Day my family is planning a bbq this weekend and I'm in between the puréed and soft foods. Now I know I can't eat my normal tho Im ashamed but 2 burgers and 4 hotdogs and chicken. But is there anything I can have in a very small portion? Everything is grilled. surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  13. I know they all say no drinking and eating together to separate each 20 min apart but just curious what's the reason? I'm always tempted to do it but never do. surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  14. I was wondering when I could bath and relax in the tub. I do miss relaxing in the tub. Just nice fir quiet time to release stress (which I've been full of lately). That's mostly my question but while on the subject of Water how about swimming? I don't see myself swimming until June or July but figured I would ask that as well. surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  15. That I'm not to sure about, sorry. But I do have to say during my first period after surgery I was still on liquids and boy did I want sugar or chocolate bad. Horrible experience but I managed to get through it. Good luck! surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  16. Only thing my doctor told me was not to lift more then 30 pounds first 3 weeks but seems every doctor says different. surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  17. I'm turning 21 soon surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  18. Thanks! I'm planning on not drinking to much and staying away from sugar. And just in case I can't handle it I'm gonna be at a friends house so if I feel sick I'm home and not out. surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  19. Everyone is different. Your ready when your body thinks its ready. I started lifting and sit-ups and all this past Tuesday and I personally feel great about it. I've been walking but also starting Tuesday il moved onto a slight jog. surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  20. So I realized something now after surgery that I wished I realized waaaayyy before. When it comes to food I just want the flavor. If I would have realized this before I wouldn't have had to eat those 5 slices of pizza or the large McDonald's order. I noticed this about myself (and I know I shouldn't have ). But after surgery about 8 days out the family ordered pizza and boy did it look good! With the smell and look of it I felt hungry even tho I just got done what I could drink at the time. I had given in and taken a bite and as it was in my mouth it did taste amazing but I knew I shouldn't have it and spit it out. Afterward I wasn't hungry. Now I know it's not good to do that so that was the only time I done it since but has anyone gone through that or realized they want the taste not the actual food? surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  21. I was wondering if there's any condiments I am able to use. I have the ok to eat turkey burgers chewed well. I don't prefer them plain I need some flavor. Is there anything I can put on it that would be ok. surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  22. It's not that I can't go out and not have a good time if I'm not drinking it's just when me and my friends get together we like having a drink or two as we talk. Not alcoholism or anything. This Wednesday is 4 weeks out and next weekend I honestly do intend on drinking a glass or two of something I feel comfortable with. Like I said me and all my friends are young, it's not a real excuse by any means but it's just what we do. surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  23. When did everyone start drinking? And when you did what was it. I've heard since you should stay away from the fizzy stuff drink wine or an idea I also heard was diet snapple mixed with vodka. I am just curious because I'm young and want to be doing what my other friends are out doing. Plus my 21st birthday is in September surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  24. Honestly they didn't give me a specific time to need to quit just said I had to. surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
  25. Hello! I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right area (sorry if I'm not) but I was told to quit smoking before surgery and I did. It's now almost a month out and I still crave for one. I can't even lie I smoked once and only once after. What I'm wondering is if I could smoke an electronic cigarette. Being my whole family and boyfriend smoke it's hard to stay away from them and not want one so I'm hoping it could be an alternative. surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds
