  1. well I hope you are feeling better. How's the weight loss going? I was stalked and decided to do the Liver Shrink for three days at it got the scale moving again!
  2. Oh no! Thank goodness you are ok now. Did they say how you got it? I'm doing good. I'm 10 pounds from my goal ( I've changed it as I don't think I need to lose as much as I originally thought). So just trying to stay focused and follow the plan.

  8. We all need support no matter what surgery. . I had the RNY but please feel free to reach out to me anytime if you like! I think the journey is the same no matter which surgery you decide to have. Good luck!
  9. I made a chart from the day of surgery to one year. I track my weight on this chart every week from the day of surgery so my weigh in day is on Mondays as I had my surgery on a Monday. It keeps me on track and I can track my one year post op journey. I do sometimes weigh during the week but I only record my weight on my designated weigh in day. I'm 9 1/2 months post op and I've lost 105 pounds. The scale can be a friend or foe just try to follow the doctors plan and I would say weigh once a week. Good luck!
  10. You will be able to soon! I started going to the health club six weeks after my surgery and I started a coach to 5k program. One of the best things I've ever done! Now I'm loving doing the races! Goal is to complete 14 in 2014! Good luck and continued success!
