  2. Hi I'm neenee, Had my surgery in July of 2011. I started at 268 lbs. I lost 148.00, gained twenty back and just lost 10 pounds. I eat pretty much anything too no sugar or greasy food. I lost so much weight. I passed my goal weight. I just would like to keep in touch with someone.

  4. Continue to sip so you won't get dehydrated, then when you go to the doctor ask for something or find out why you are having this problem.
  5. Hello, Yes had mine out in 2012. That was a set back for me guys. But I got thru it. So will you all..
  6. Don't beat yourself self up. Just get back on track and write down everything you are eating. When you see what you are eating on paper, it will help you take that control back. Don't give up.. you came too far. You can do this. Good luck
  7. Waking up with the nauseas. Try drinking at night and during your bathroom breaks at night. That's what helped me.
  8. Hello I had my RNY in July 2011. I did have nausea real bad. Me doctor stated that I was too full. Try to eat a little less and then go back to the serving you started. It takes time getting ajusted. I hope this helps.

  10. Hi, I'm Neenee. Sorry to say that I have not had that problem. I'm sorry you guys are having this problem after all that hard work in loosing weight. I believe that too should pass. It will get better.
