  1. Not to insult you, but have you tried reducing your portions and then eating more frequently. That is what I have had to do. And my Protein shake is Like a 4-5 hour affair to drink. 16 oz Water with one scoop of protein powder. I even had to use the inspire protein drinks from GNC for two weeks causemaking the shakes like the container says was upsetting my pouch and then i started to bloat a lot. Gas ex helps with that. And currently my portion size is 1 oz for mushies at meal time.
  2. I usually don't look at others diary cause a lot of people judge. So unless you ask for help or if i am looking for food ideas that may work for me. Your diary is safe lol. Btw my name is Pearl
  3. Thanks, I love finding surgery buddies.
  4. My username name is pearliture on MFP. Anyone else feel free to friend me. I had my surgery on February 20, 2013. Currently, trying to work through mushy stage of eating. Have had a lot of frustrating moments with the different food stages. My surgeon says my pouch is super picky but if in 2 weeks I am still struggling he is going to do tests to see if I possibly have a stricture. He is hesitating with doing unnecessary tests because I just feel sick and pressure with anything other than liquid and I don't throw up. So we'll see. I currently only consume 1 oz at each meal.
  5. I am the same with the yogurt i can slowly eats a 4 oz cup yogurt with no issues. Thought it was strange but I guess it is probably normal. Thanks for sharing
