  5. So last week was our first appointment and our insurance has no pre things we have to do before surgery. Our doctor only requires us to loose 5-10 lbs before the liquid diet lost 5 already... But could be may 5th we have the surgery... Really nervous about it and I haven't read anyone who has had the surgery that fast so is there anyone out there who been there???
  6. Do 1500 calories a day look at the total fat, do 5 and under per meal sugar 10 and under per meal, and carbohydrates do 15 and under per meal.. Drink lots of water. Also take your time when you eat chew your food till like liquid don't drink as much when it comes do surgery they don't want you to drink with food cause makes you so you can eat more cause the water absorbs the food drink lots of water eat healthy snacks yogurt fiber bars cottage cheese celery exc... Walk 30 mins at least 3 x a week you need your heart racing for it to work.. Any questions ask

  8. i had my first consultation this morning. i have two appointments set up, if everything goes smoothly could be 5 weeks when me and my mom have the surgery. im excited but nervous does that make me weird?? i have a appointment next week and the following and then they submit it to insurance...
