Ok yesterday was the day! Woke up from anesthesia to be told that I had a hernia that needed to be repaired while he was in there yesterday was very rocky with the pain, but today just on my morphine pump and got my catheter out also, so well on my way. Only on liquids but they don't seem to be bothering my pouch. All in all a great experience over all. Hope the rest of the marchies are doing as well!!!

No more pre- op for me! In bed recovering. Nursing staff is amazing.

Just met with pre surgery, everything is ready to go for Tuesday!!! Agh I can't wait to start this journey. It's been a long 8 months!!!!

If I have to drink one more protein shake I'm gonna vomit!! Ugh!!! 4 more days!! I can do this!!

Oh ok! Thanks for all the responses. I wish you all hood luck that have up coming surgeries. I have been on a liver shrink for 2 weeks now, but does include food, so not sure what to expect on Friday. Thanks again!!!

Have to go to a pre op appointment on Friday, my surgery is scheduled for 3/26/13. I was planning to work on 3/25/13 but if I have to do a flush that's going to be impossible ( I'm a counselor cannot run a session from the bathroom. Lol. So just wondering if the flush is for everyone undergoing surgery! Thanks!!

Can't wait to have my outside body match my inside! Can't wait to be able to go to the gym and not feel like I don't belong Can't wait to get a "normal" sized jean, made of just that jeans and not spandex added! Can't wait to go shopping at Charlotte rousse and wear their amazing high heels Can't wait to sit down and not have some foreign flap over my pants. Can't wait to have thinner upper arms. I want to wish all of you have surgery this month, good luck and you will be in my prayer. My surgery is 3/26/13. Excited and terrified at the same time. On the pre op liver shrink, but came up positive for h pylori so have to take a regime of antibiotics that make my stomach upset if I don't eat crackers or something with them. Going to call my surgeon coordinator tomorrow to make sure that will not hurt anything! Again, good luck all and I am so glad I found this site. Gaining a kit if knowledge from it!
