Thanks, as do u!! Its funny how when u look in a mirror u don't really see a difference (well in my case anyways lol) but when u pic compare side by side...mind blowing! I do find myself more "soft" tho if that makes sense. Body feels more jiggly lol- 9.5 months post op progress pics!

Amazing!! And congrats on ur weight loss u can really see the difference in ur face and u look great! my surgery was Apr 5th, My highest weight was also 321 as well and as of this morning I am 264. I tried diet coke just to see. It hurt lol was so uncomfortable! Haven't touched it since I tried it lol- Happy surgiversary to me!

Decided to step on the scale this morning and I'm down another 4lbs. That's a total loss so far of 44lbs in 9 weeks!! Having this surgery was my best.decision.ever!- April 2013 Post-Op Group
9 weeks out and I am down 40lbs. I feel like it should be more but as long as I'm losing that's all that matters.- April 2013 Post-Op Group

Man ive been on a stall for almost three weeks. Losing inches but the numbers just haven't been coming down on the scale at all. Frustrating! What a relief when I decided to get on the scale this morning and discovered I was down 8-9lbs since i last checked.
