  3. I must say I have been so lucky. I have not thrown up at all. I did get burping gas twice which hurt like hell LOL but I work out at the gym 5 to 7 days a week. I follow the diet completely ..I always count my proteins. My vitamins even travel with me should I be out and about. At this time I am almost 35 pounds down and feel amazing with no regrets! I wish everyone could recover the way I have...I still have a long way to go but am extremely so very happy and feel blessed to get this second chance in life:)
  4. 5 weeks and 4 days ago I had my surgery. Dr Kruger was my specialist ...all I can say it was an amazing experience! Dr Kruger and everyone involved were awesome!
  5. Get some unflavored protein powder that you can add to your water or fruit2o...also go to a bariatric supply store were they have things like lemon tea, fruit punch, strawberry kiwi protein for water...
  6. Try freezing some jello or fruit2o it helps and taste good...also get the Edys sugar freeze pops there super delish and will help with hydrating
