  6. I couldnt believe it I had been stalled for a week I step on the scale so many times just to make sure

  11. Holy cow im over 3 weeks post op and havent lost that much
  12. Has anybody had trouble with crystal light everytime I try it it hurts my pouch everytime its so weird referring to my stomach as a pouch
  13. Well I had meat loaf again and I added peas it was good my tummy likes it
  14. Ice was the only thing I could have the first day
  15. I thank I was going crazy before surgery but it all turn out ok and niw um three weeks post op and down14lbs
  16. Im also a slow loser
