This may be TMI , however , does anyone else have serious gas ? I mean 2 weeks out and I can chase myself out of a room lol just wondering if it just me?

So I am suppose to be taking it easy and I am going nuts! I feel like a trapped animal my left side is not improving . I just do not understand . I guess I am not a patient person . I also would like to know if I am the only one who can do drink ? I am living on sugar free Popsicles to get my fluids in. Water seems to hurt my pouch when I try to drink . Had anyone else had any of these problems? I am 2 weeks 2 days post op.

Ok , the doctor stated that the (possible ) abscess is under my pouch. Which is not where my pain is. Also I have a hematoma in the muscle on my left side. So the good news is that it is not serious . Bad news is I am still in pain and I get to play the " lets wait and see" game. I hope everything just goes away. I just wang to be able to do things without pain. I have another appointment next week to check in we will see. P.s. my labs are all good !

Well 2 weeks 1 day and still having BAD left side pain went to ER last night and had CT done. They called today saying I have to go see my Dr ASAP they think I have an abscess ! Why me? Has anyone else had this? Appt at 3 and I do not know what is going to happen.

I want go to the gym SO bad , but the pain in my left side and the fact that I am having a hard thing getting all my protein too , is cause me to be very tired easily also ... I hope it get better sooner than later

I am having issues finding food right now that I can eat

I had to use gravity to help me move gas. I could only pass if I was laying on my back and relaxed. Now that seems to be ALL I do is pass gas ?! Is this my new stinky life? LoL

I am 1 week 1 day post op today and just had my JP drain removed. I am feeling like a wimp cause I am STILL in a lot of pain off and on throughout the day left side always !

Had surgery on feb.20th,2013 . Everyday is getting a touch better. JP drain comes out tomorrow and I am hoping I can EAT some soup .. LoL . I am still on every 4 hours pain meds? Am I normal to be hurting still?
