Had surgery on feb.20th,2013 . Everyday is getting a touch better. JP drain comes out tomorrow and I am hoping I can EAT some soup .. LoL . I am still on every 4 hours pain meds? Am I normal to be hurting still?

I am 1 week post op yesterday and any pain I have right night I can manage by Tylenol. They do say that everyone's bodies are different and some heal faster than others. If you are worried about you could always just contact your surgeon for reassurance

I ached and twinged every now and then. I had a bottle of liquid roxycet that is take and it helped a lot. A lot of mine came from trying to do the vitamins protein etc and thru trial and error found sensitivites which caused dry heeves and then that caused pain. Hopefully its nothing serious and your just a slow healer.
