You know what's gonna be yummy. I made last night for todays dinner. Take a can of cream of broccoli and you puree with chicken broth until you get a thin consistency. It makes a yummy thin puree soup. Also I pureed a low sodium bean soup. Beans are a great source of Protein. I made a lot in my Magic Bullet and stored in the fridge. I can have 1/2 cup. sugar free pudding is also good. And believe it or not scrambled eggs ( very soft) runny scrambled eggs. I added a little packet of sweet & low to the egg mixture before cooking. I know what ya mean! Glad your okay. It will get easier. It was a tough weekend for me, but I got up and went to the mall to walk. The gas was the worst feeling. Today makes a week I had surgery and despite gaining 10 lbs in the hospital, I've lost all 10 lbs and an additional 7 lbs from hospital admission pre surgery! I can't get lots of liquid in either. It's hard! I think I'm getting in about 40 ounces of liquid. I'm trying, buy I can't rush myself! I will get sick! Surgery date: May 14, 2013

They did work but in conjunction with taking hot showers and using a heating pad. They can be nasty these gas pains. Lol Surgery date: May 14, 2013
