I know can you believe it? I just got the entire house in order and went to get last minute things I needed for the hospital! Gas X strips, hand wipes, moisturizing lip balm, mouth mist spray & misc items. Yaaaay Surgery date: May 14, 2013

I'm sooooo ready!! I packed my bag last night. Going to store for last minute things to put in my bag! Gas X-strips and a mouth spray so when I can't drink, my mouth will not be so gross. Yaaaaay, I made it past all the testing, waiting approval, pre-op testing, pre-op diet and now I'm finally having my gastric bypass surgery tomorrow!!! Wish me luck!! Surgery date: May 14, 2013

I cannot believe I packed my bag for the hospital. I will be heading to the hospital in 24 hours! What? Really? Pure liquids today - just 4 Protein drinks and Water. It's the last horrrayyy day! I am so ready for Tuesday!! I was around food/junk food all weekend and I haven't tasted a single thing. Not even a taste! 2 parties and I was drinking my protein drinks or crystal light. Wasn't even tempted to cheat. Yaaaaay for me! I lost 15 lbs in 12 days. Surgery date: May 14, 2013

I've been on the liquid diet since last Monday, April 30'th. It gets easier as time goes on. I'm still always tired though. It's because our bodies are used to running on a lot more calories. Hang in there, you will be there in no time. Just remember, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. :-) Surgery date: May 14, 2013
