  2. Y'all make me wish I could cook. I stalk you on here for ideas but my "cooking" is Pam cooking spray, an egg w/ fat free cheese & salsa.....yeah nothing to brag about : / Cooking is just not my thing but I sure appreciate all of you!!! Have a great day : )

  4. I'm stalking you all on here for food ideas to change things up... My date was 1/14 & I can't eat 1/4 of what most of you are! I literally had 5 small bites of meatloaf last pm & almost lost my cookies : / I'm so grateful for all of your ideas though!! Espically Lisa C. It may be a year or so before I can eat all the ideas I have written down from you!! : )

  10. To my Michigan girls: Go Blue (I'm alumni sry) Been outta there 20 yrs but I feel for y'all!! Tonight was a little Greek salad w/ gyro meat. I am sooo tired of waitresses asking "was everything ok with the food?" I'm only eating about the size of an egg (Sx 1/14/13)
  11. I HATE to hear ppl eating or smacking...has been my pet peeve for years!!!! Chew w/ ur friggin mouth closes!!! I can't even go back to my support group cause sum old lady was smacking on her candy throughout the 2 hrs we were there!!! Grrrr

  13. I used to get exhausted after a trip around Bass Pro, tonight I did the stairs & walked the store twice, then to Target & SAMs club, mind you all of this was after dinner!! My poor hubby is exhausted...I suppose a 50+ lb wt loss will do that but geesh! Anyone else wired for sound?? Btw I'm still ready to go @ 9:15 pm!?!

  15. Refried beans, eggs, spinach in blender & add feta cheese & microwave, yummy. I didn't have to put eggs, fish including crab & scallops, or cottage cheese in a blender so those are my staples. Good luck!

  17. I'm an RN so u will have to do wayyyy better than that to gross me out! Your not crazy, everything changes with this surgery. I'm actually shocked at the things my body craves now & pre op I never would have believed you I would actually want to eat green veggies daily ( & I'm still on puréed) who knew?!? Physiologic changes are immense, & change is stressful be it good or bad so be kind to yourself : )
  18. I just got the gummy probiotics yesturday, it's like eating candy - yummo!!
  19. I also feel very full with water! Dinner last pm was 1 egg scrambled w/ 1 oz low fat cheese.
  20. Feeling the same way as I sit in md office. : /
