  2. My stall happened at the end of week 2 lasted 4 days, now losing again.

  6. Dr Higa is good, two of my friends had him. I loved Boone too.
  7. I'm from Fresno too but had Dr Boone. I loved them and Fresno Heart Hospital too.
  8. I had Mushroom Chicken from Panda Express. Not my favorite, should have went for the shrimp, oh well I got 1/4 cup down before I was full. It was high in protein and low in calories so that's all good.

  11. I do all liquid vitamins from Wellese. I'm on Multi Vitamin, Iron, Vitamin B 12 and Calcium with Vitamin D. Absolutely Love them, beats eating chalk, I would gag on the Calcium Lozenges. From Bariatric Advantage, I couldn't do it anymore.

  16. You had surgery the same day as me, maybe you got a stomach bug, try and keep up on your fluids, so you don't get dehydrated. Feel better soon.
