  2. i like the protein vials because they have so much protein and if you have the body fortress new whey shots there is 42 grams of protein in one...you're guaranteed to get your daily protein needs with 2 of them! sip on it throughout the day if it tastes that bad...but to me its worth it to keep my hair from falling out and to keep seeing the scale go down... for me its like I got this way because i didnt want to eat things that i should and ate things I shouldn't because of the taste...this is about a lifestyle change and if we keep looking at food as enjoyment we are bound to gain the weight back...just a thought! but good luck finding something that works for you!
  3. Just got my surgery date this morning!!! NEXT MONDAY DECEMBER 10TH!!!!! SO soon!! I'm so excited!!!

  5. I've also been wondering the same things, right now I'm searching for the supplements they want you to take, b12, calcium, vitD, and multivitamins...what are the best ones to take as far as taste and absorbtion and cost-effectiveness ?!?! thanks for any advice

  7. I am HOPING for a December date! I have just finished all my clearances (the doctor's office that i'm going through moves very quickly once the clearances come back). October 24th i was there and they were just starting to schedule November surgeries... it might be a long shot but i'm keeping my fingers crossed! I want to start out the new year on a good note! Congrats to all of you who already have dates set! I'm jealous haha best wishes!
  8. Perfect! the cardiologist had me do another EKG and it came back perfect no concerns! so that is my final clearance!! Hopefully I will get the call by the end of this week to schedule my surgery!!! thanks so much for all your support!

Just wondering if there is anyone out there who needed clearance from a cardiologist due to an anterior ischemia... my doc didnt say too much about what it is and if it would mean i was not able to have the surgery...just called and said i needed further clearance... i really want to have my surgery before January 1 because of insurance purposes... wondering if anyone else had to go through this?? thanks!
