  1. My cardiologist said when I went to get clearance for surgery, "So I hear you want to be cut open to loose weight" I wanted to kick him in the groin right there!!!
  2. I have UHC. Had surgery 10/1 got my bill, out of 29,898.00 my portion was 1,200.00 with lap-RNY.
  3. You should follow one bottle with at least 8oz of water, lots of mg+ in that little bottle don't want an electrolyte imbalance. Read the side of the bottle it is a great help. I am a firm believer in Milk of Mag. Way less cramping and easier on your system.
