  4. I had about two small bites of a roll and some rice, and ate a little more of salmon and tilapia than I was suppose to. I just made sure it was grilled with I can't believe it's not butter. My surgeon said my liver looked great. Remember this with cheating, don't do super bad things because my nurse said that the doctor can tell when they open you up and that they can decide to close you up and do the surgery later, so please be careful. The lady who was before me ate a salad on the day before surgery and the doctor was contemplating calling her surgery off cause it may not be safe. In the end she did the surgery but I was so nervous for that lady. Surgery date October 10, 2012

  8. Hey Kmarie glad everything went well. I understand how you feel about the the mouth being so dry. I've read on here that most people got a pain pump when they first came out of recovery, but I was so disappointed because I never got one. I had to keep calling for pain meds. That part was horrible. I've also read that people have had bad pain on the left side, but mine was worst on the right side, but my doctor said it was because she had to cut deeper into my stomach muscle on the right side. Anyway how are doing now? Hope all is well. Surgery date October 10, 2012
  9. ANuMe, really on the C-Section being a breeze? Oh no not for me, but its nice to have both opinions here for other people to at least have something to compare the surgery to. After my surgery the nurses could not believe how I was able to get up and walk and use the restroom, it hurt but I was nothing pain meds could not help. Surgery date October 10, 2012
  10. Hey TMorgan, being nervous is so normal, but girl keep praying about it and post your concerns here so maybe we can help you ????. I will say if you've had a c-section that its not as bad as that. Alright I will be looking out for your post☺. Surgery date October 10, 2012
  11. Why are you feeling sick 24/7.... That's not normal. I will say that if I don't take my phenegren with my pain meds, I will also feel nauseated. Did they give you nausea medicine? Surgery date October 10, 2012
  12. Hey Cooksie, how are you doing? Surgery date October 10, 2012

  14. Hey everyone, I thought that I had posted that everything went well, and I got back home on Friday. So far I've been trying to take it easy and not do too much. I still have some pain but I do have meds for that. How's everyone else doing? Surgery date October 10, 2012
  15. Thanks Cooksie, your story kinda scared me especially since I'm in the holding room waiting to be taken down, but I'm glad your doing ok.
  16. Congrats! You must be doing well to be ok with the pain pump leaving. I hope my surgery goes that well. Have a good day!
