Truly sorry for being MIA so long..since my surgery Dec. 13, 2012 I think I have a total of 90 bad minutes TOTAL. I went in at 432 last week's in doc's office I weighed in at 252. OH YEAH! I followed post op directions to the letter including no beef or pork for six months..no carbonated beverages for the same period I am looking to lose another 50-60 by year's end It is great to have energy and wear 2X shirts again!!

That pain is a monster to deal with. Surgery was 12/13 I can consume the 60 oz of liquids. I have no appetite so I am struggling with 8 oz of protein drink. Also don't need the CPAP machine to sleep

Six days post op Feel great. No pain no nauseau No rush to begin full liquid diet on Friday

I am exact opposite Have no interest in eating..surgery was Dec. 13

Thank much My doc says the complications from age have been reduced dramatically because there has been a rash of people born in the late 40s and 50s having the surgery. My wife is more nervous than I am

Am down to three days before the gastric bypass. Have gone thru more medical tests in the last five weeks than in my entire life it seems. My wife is nervous but I am not and sooo ready for surgery

Thank granny I am on my third day of the liquid Protein diet and surgery is in 10 days...soooo eager

My surgery date is 12/13. Am 60 years old. My doc said it used to be unusual for folks our age to have the surgery but our numbers are growing. Right now I am at 412. Starting the three-day-protein drinks today

I am at 412 now Surgery date is Dec 13 Just started drinking Premier Protein (vanilla tastes great) looking to be at 399 date of operation. Goal weight is 200

My list has 38 reasons ranging from not having to buy two airplane tickets for one seat...getting off high blood pressure meds ..a better sex life etc

Got my date Tuesday Surgery is set for Dec. 13 I am soooo excited

I am super excited. doc's office called Tuesday and my surgery date is 12/13 WHOOOOEEEE!!
