  1. My surgery is on the 11. I don't have to do a liquid diet. Wish you all the best
  2. I've got the same date as you. Can't wait to start my new life. 5 more weeks.... Good luck to you too.
  3. Thanks everyone Great advise, now I can relax because I don't have to run out and get stuff I vergot. So my list is very short just pillow, panties and my tablet.
  4. I finally got my surgary date (3/11/13). Waited so long for this and now I'm freaking out. I never had to go to the hospital before and would like to know what to expect. Maybe someone has some tips what to bring. How did you spend your days?
  5. Thank you Dave
  6. Sorry, my mistake. It's al70switz@gmail.com
  7. He told me I can have it after I exercise, which I can start after 2 months! So I don't really know what I should be eating until then. I live in Switzerland and everything is a lot different than what I'm reading here. Here you stay at the hospital for about 1 week and you go back to work 4 to 6 weeks later. Depending how you feel and what your job is.
  8. I would love your list too, my mail al70swity@gmail.com. My doc is against the shakes, I'm still pre-op and I have no clue how to get that much protein.
  9. I'm new here and I like to introduce myself. My name is Andrea and I live in Switzerland. Today I had my first appointment with my Adipositas Doctor, he does all the testing. He told me that with my age (42) and my weight (360 lbs) most people can only drop about 150 lbs. Does anybody have any expiriance with that?
