I'm keepin my fingers crossed for you! I meet my surgeon on the 21st. And then my paperwork gets submitted to insurance. I'm so nervous that I'm going to get denied! The waiting is just killing me.

Finally got a date to meet my surgeon!! Sept. 21st. But then what?? Did all pre op testing, just gotta submit paperwork to insurance . Does anyone know how long it takes to get an answer frm insurance and then to get a date for surgery?

I'm sorry your going through that. UGH! I agree maybe more protein. What about those protein drinks that look like test tubes and are 42 grams each.you can get those at Walmart for like $1.98 each.

Can you eat it in the purée stage? I thought I read somewhere that chick peas weren't recommended, maybe because of gas :-) . I love it too and eat mine with cucumber instead of pita.

My paperwork is on the physicians assistants desk waiting to be signed off on and get a date to see the surgeon and it seems like she is taking her sweet time! I know the wait stinks!!!
