  7. When I get a choc attack I just eat a small piece. It has never hurt my progress.
  8. Hold on to that happiness because this is one turbulent ride! Some days im happy, some I am mad, some furious, some sad, and some in deep despair. Your body and mind will play such tricks on you. Hold on to that good feeling.
  9. Thank you everyone. I have always been scared of illness after surgery.
  10. You need to keep.in mind starting weights. Those who are super heavy lose more each week than.smaller gals
  11. I am 8 months out and have never gone over 800. So dont worry
  12. Im with the last poster. The most weight I ever dropped in a single week was 4 lbs. I have never seen the scale just shock my socks off. Slow and steady. It was at 7 months out that people whom I had never told began to think I was someone different.
  13. Has anyone had a cold? What meds did you take and how were they on your pouch?

  20. This is just because of lax metabolusm . I had it too. No matter what I did the weigjt stayed until rny. You will lose. Some people just complain because they want to control the speed of the bus
  21. Take extra iron and magnesium. It works.
  22. I used to sell them , it is temporary. I would not waste my money.
  23. Good luck to you!!! Hope you have great success after tjis is fixed
  24. And when that guy says those people lose more than the acerage gb patient, I wonder what the basis of his research is, because we are all different and he does not know us all. I have lost way above" average" and havent done any silly weight loss tricks. Those days are done for me. I just work this tool and it works for me in exchange. You have to have a plan and forget about shortcuts. Those are the old days and this is not a race.
