  5. I have also been having anxiety I am afraid to try new foods or go out to eat. I am 6 weeks today. I'm afraid of vomiting if I eat something to fast or something new.
  6. I had the same problem so I used a pack of chicken top ramen and just cooked the seasoning and water and it was so good
  7. I couldn't handle water so have been drinking alot of vitamin water and sobe life water 0 calories of course, also hot decaf tea and decaf I've tea I just sip sip sip all day
  8. Your welcome it's the only way I can get my protein in I am 5 weeks out. I will also have a half cup of water and throw my scoop of protein powder in not very tasty though. Also I have added a scoop of vanilla protein powder in orange crystal light or chocolate in raspberry ice crystal light bit are good. The milk is what I can't handle
  9. I mix 1 scoop of my protein powder in 1/2 cup of plain yogurt it's 30 grams of protein total and I have this for breakfast I also could not do the shakes
