October Surgery Dates
I have been going thru the same thing with my feet. I bought the Dr. Scholls inserts, and a new pair of Nikes and it helps soooo much. Walked around an Apple Festival this weekend and my feet didn't hurt half as bad as they usually do.

Paperwork In...
I had to do the 6month program too. Well I was doing 6 months, then Cigna changed there requirements to 3, but I was already in my 5th month. So, I only got done 1 month earlier. I think having to do the supervised, gives you time to change habits, learn as much as possible, go to support groups, and generally get in the mindset you need to start your new life. Good luck, you'll do great I'm sure.

Insurance Companies... Oh What Fun!
It's just frustrating because I've done everything else they asked of me, kept all my appts, evaluations, psych eval. Took time off from work, and they still want to be a pain. Sorry, I'm just venting here. But thanks for the well wishes.

Insurance Companies... Oh What Fun!
And the fun starts, all my paperwork was submitted by my surgeon at the end of August. Then they come back and say they needed medical clearance from my PCP. So I had to make an appt to see her last week, and she wrote on her letter head that she gave me a per-op evaluation and that I had medical clearance. And of course, that'sssss not good enough. Now the insurance wants a more detailed letter from her stating that she recommends me for the surgery, and reasons, and then medical clearance. Blah blah so on and so on. They are such a pain in the a**.
