  8. Stalls are a natural part o this process. I think it's important to remember that they are not a ba thing. When I stall I go back to the basics. I look at my food diary and ensure I am not eating out and then I make sure I measure everything and increase exercise. I have had 2 stalls and it corrected both. Physiologically the stalls make sense as your body adjusts to your caloric intake and metabolic demands. Also remember that eatting salty foods for a few days causes retention of fluids, heck even hormones can cause great fluctuations in weight. Just try to relax and go back to the basics. You will do awsome, don't panic. David Surgiversary 07/24/12 Sent from my iPhone.

Might not seem like a big deal but helicopters have weight limits for flight medics and I now am under the weight. This has been my dream since i started in ems 8 years ago. I start October 8th and I couldn't have done it without RNY and all Of you. Thank you all for your support and for everything. Keep on losing people! Well I qualify now for the rotor wing weight requirements and . . . . Had my interview yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They say I should know by Friday and it seemed like both the director of nursing and the critical care director liked me.
