I am done 80 pounds, I need to beef up the proiten a bit more...Next Friday I get to go to my very first bariatric dance. I got my dress bought, gonna get my hair done...so excited....I will meet people in my area that have gone through the same things as me so it should be really fun!

I can finally get a moment to write on here what I recieved from my penpal Susan....I got a pretty mug, 2 diffrent kinds of tea, SF chocolate mouse mix, protien bar, green tea body wash, and I do believe a couple of more things, At work so i can't double check....but I love everything....Thank you for the note also....Thanks Susan!!

I finally found this...ok so I am a little slow...lol any whooo...My penpal last month was Robin not sure what her screen name is on here.... But I got a box of wonderful goodies...special k Snacks..drink mixes for Water bottles, oatmeal, protien bars..a bunch of wonderful yummy stuff... For those getting Ideas...I had a tricky one to buy for last month because she has food allerigies, so what I did was get her useful things that I though might help in her journey, such a notepad and pens, a special k meausing cup, Blender Bottle, drink mixes and I think a couple of other things..

I have the same problem......

Down 68 pounds...so far...only weighing myself every other week....

I just had my 3 month post op...lost a total of 60% of my body fat..down an actual 68 pounds from the start of this journey...

Well I know I felt like that too, trust me it gets better, dont eat what you shouldnt, I find it is a common problem, unless you have had the surgery the ones around you dont completely understand how you feel, Just stay strong...Look for support on here. We all have one thing in common we are all going through the same experience.

Its my lucky weekend I get to go out again tonight to a birthday party!

So last night was the first night I got to go out and and show off the new me.....well the start of the new me...I was so nervous at first because I live in a small town and I dont go out much as it is. I did get a lot of complements, my butt grabbed a couple of times...lol...and then there were the people that kept saying you look different but I can't tell whats different about you....um ok....Has anyone else on here experineced this First...
