  9. Have never even heard of this - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgiversary: 6/11/12
  10. New drink idea! A tall banana chocolate smoothie made with nonfat milk and skinny mocha. It comes with a scoop of Protein which equals 10g/protein! I get it with 1/2 the banana though and not that much milk because the surgery made me lactose intolerant and milk now makes me gassy :| - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgiversary: 6/11/12
  11. You're not even the same f'ing person omg. How's the loose skin situation? What's your height and HW/CW? - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgiversary: 6/11/12
  12. My co-worker (who's a gym rat) keeps telling me "you're withering away" and "I swear every week I see you you're noticeably thinner" etc and it feels so good to hear, I'll never tell him to shut up haha - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgiversary: 6/11/12
  13. That is really really interesting. Is it safe to be in ketosis when thin and without excess weight? - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgiversary: 6/11/12
  14. You should go look up my kale chip recipe under the recipe folder yo - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgiversary: 6/11/12
  15. Barely any, like 1-3g of protein per tablespoon - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgiversary: 6/11/12
  16. See that junk doesn't taste good at all so this handy dandy surgery is pretty damn convenient for me haha - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgiversary: 6/11/12
  17. Remember, the people losing 40+ lbs a month are starting around 400+ lbs The smaller you are the slower you lose - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgiversary: 6/11/12
  18. I started at 5'8" and 263lbs and have been losing about 20lbs/month. 17lbs in 3 weeks is great! If you worked your ass off at the gym and ate nothing without surgery you'd lose less. Don't get discouraged. You don't want to lose TOO fast, want to give your skin some tell to catch up - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgiversary: 6/11/12
  19. As long as you're comfortable have sex whenever you're ready. NOTE my surgeon told me that for 3 months post-op many girls are much more fertile and it's much more likely to get pregnant, so please be careful! Since we can't be on birth control (bc of blood clots) for a month post-op wearing a condom is a must. Also be careful with swallowing, apparently there's 15g/sugar per tablespoon, no one told me and I dumped! Happy humping :] - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgiversary: 6/11/12
