I have tuft health ins and went thru the same thing 6 mos program for my ins plus all the doctors requirments only after i had my letter from my insurance saying i completed the program they required was the surgeon able to submit everything for approval which came in about 24 hrs...My day is today need to be at the hospital in about 4 1/2 hrs

mami please if its affecting the kids get the heck outta there you will find a apartment for you and your kids they are out there screw the credit card companies if it came to it that is exactly what i would do credit can be rebuilt children are forever

mami you and your kids are way more important then any credit score i would not worry about that right now get out to safety with your children you can always rebuild your credit once your on your feet

Only thing that concerns me is 12g of sugar but I guess if your only eating a 1/3 of it that Would be 4 grams

probably be ok im sure you need to drink your wonderful magnesium citrate but my liquids start after lunch on tuesday and my surgery is wednesday but im gonna do liquids as of tomorrow . good luck tomorrow

find a workshop in your area you can go to for support and get you back on track also on here there is a lot of good info and people to support you i have heard abut a 5 day pouch test do some research on it good luck ...theres a bunch of good people here

Try vitamin water zero thats what I have done since I gave up soda on June 2nd my surgery is next Wednesday 8/22

I think it is normal just decide will u have a better life without the wieght you carry around that may be causing other complications the answer for me is hell yeah my date is next Wednesday .. Goo luck with you decision and you journey

I started all this in November and finally have a surgery date for next Wednesday I have Tufts Health Plan and the required 6 months of working with a health coach in there I can change program plus all the surgeons requirements Phycoligist nutritionist preop testing workgroups but it is here next week all I can tell you is I am very informed and know I'm making the right decision ... It will come quick be patient

Wow that's crazy the place I'm using performs these surgeries perform them all the time and is a center of excellence in wls guess I'm a lucky one and everyone in the office has been so helpful my date is 2 wks from today it's coming fast It will be at Tobey Hospital in Wareham,Ma
