  6. Just went for my last weigh-in this morning and I got a call 30 min later saying my surgery is scheduled for 10/09!!!!!!
  7. No....sorry. Protein for breakfast then the protein veggies, and fruit for lunch and dinner. He just wants me to eat my protein first to make sure I get it in before I get full.
  8. My surgeon said 3 meals a day, protein (eat first), vegetable (eat second), fresh fruit (eat last), carbs once per month in moderation.
  9. I buy them frozen and boil Them for 3-4 min....awesome!!
  10. Strawberries and cream is awesome!!!
  11. I'm also pre-op and I take 5000 per day!
  12. I'm a CPAP addict....lol

  17. Just tell your doctor to order an AUTO CPAP with pressure settings of 5-18 for seven nights and it should be FREE from the company you got your CPAP from and that will tell if you still need it!!! It's ALOT cheaper than going back to the sleep lab!!!
