  5. What about wearing a shaper for now to conceal the extra skin until its time for the tummy tuck. It might help how you feel. I talked to a woman who lost 152 lbs and she wore a shaper and I would have never know..she looked fabulous. Just a thought.

  8. I have my fan handy for my hot flashes and my blanket for my cold spells. Crazy
  9. Yes I was given Percocet, works better than the Tylenol I think. I tried two Tylenol today with not much relief
  10. Awesome, can't wait to eat real food
  11. I did the Miralax today and was able to go again. I get so excited now about pooping. Lol
  12. I was like this too, hot then cold, sweaty etc. my doctor said its the withdrawal of carbs from my body. Boy I miss carbs. Lol. Does feel like menopause, however, I know it's not. I am only 37
  13. Good luck, I only told a few at work too but about 95% don't know and didn't know I was going to be out until about two wks before I left as some people have to cover my work
  14. Jen...I had the same problem. I had my surgery on 6/6 and couldn't poop. I was told yesterday to drink some miralax or milk of magnesia and I did. I was successful. Funny how pooping makes you happy at our age. Lol
  15. How far out are you from your surgery?
  16. I talked to my doctor today. I literally was having a breakdown. I was crying so bad. He now has me on liquid only for the next 24-48 hrs. I do not need to worry about protein right now. I am starting to get dehydrated. I am having hot flashes (I am only 37) and he said that is the withdrawal from carbs. I am eating Popsicles, water, tea, broth, jello, etc. I also bought some Oikos plain yogurt, which I love but think I got dumping syndrome from it, my belly was sore, I went to bed. I will try it one more time to see if that was it for sure and if so I guess I will have to cross that off the list. I also had an Edy's fruit bar so I am not sure it that did it either. I was also put of murals as I have not been able to make bowel movements, howere I was yesterday. Funny how taking a movement is exciting at my age. Lol Thanks for your support. I have a very supportive family but obviously they don't know how I physically feel like you guys do! Anyone from the Grafton/Worcester Massachusetts area?
