When is urs due sunshine?

My surgery was originally planned from sept to dec this year, I thought it would be realistically in October. I get a call from the hospital thus morning telling me my surgery has been booked for the 10th of August..... I don't feel prepared, I have to go in this friday to book in and start my diet, it's all too real now, I'm getting scared.

I suppose it's your reasons for having the surgery in the first place, both will make you loose the weight but with the bypass the weight loss is more the procedure gets rid of diabetes which is a plus.

Ummm I don't think so.... Pre op stuff like what??? Im in the UK and I think we do things a little different.

It's been good reading all your comments, I've got my preparation for surgery meeting today at 15:00 been nervious about it for months now and it's here.. Hopefully will find out my operation date as well. Will take onboard stocking up on the liquid drinks, great idea :-)
