  3. As long as its sugar free, I don't see why not.
  4. I'm so sorry you are having such a rough time. I understand how you feel. It's so normal at your stage to get depressed. So much has changed and eati g is no longer fun. It's painful, frustrating and can turn you off of wanting to eat, but not to cravings. It's understandable. At your stage I loved eating a packet of grits with a few sprayes of the parkway zero cal butter spray. It's by the margarine. It tastes great and goes down easy. You can ad a bit of shredded cheddar. Soups work great!! And if you chew the crap out of em, all kinds of the little rice cake packets cause next to no problems. I wish I had a magic cure for what you're going through, but just trust, it will get better. *hugs*
  5. It's strange how sensitive I am to the tinyest bit of sugar. But my favorite thing to drink is hard cidar. I prefer the sweeter kinds. It had 19g of sugar per bottle. Not a single problem. I'm thinking it just hits differently. But I thought I was going to be billy badass and drink three in a row. I was smashed!!! Stayed so for about an hour, then I had a hangover from hell. It hits fast and wears off just as fast.
  6. I'm with the ladies on this one. Would be great to see your face!!
  7. You look great!!
  8. I didnt even check to see until last week. I refused to try jeans on two years ago when I hit 22. Just wait, it will be crazy in four months!
  9. Lookin good!!! It all comes off in the blink of an eye. I've been pulling up the jeans I bought last week. I am not buying anymore until I stop dropping.
  10. Some people are hard to talk to. I'm always happy to hear from you. What photo is missing?
  11. Lol thanks Mami. I've been waiting to post. Still dont care for what the camera does to me. But I felt it was time. I have been losing a little faster now that I have been able to keep things down.
  12. It's a blessing that this surgery is available to us.
  13. Thank you both so much!! I wish I was at goal now, but I noticed how fast I seemed to have dropped within this last month. I am so happy this has finally come to pass. Just a year ago, I would look at others before and after pics and cry. We are all on our way to a healthier life!!
  14. I'm thinking about thirty to forty more lbs. then I should be 130-120. I'm thinking I'll get there before my year mark.
  15. I'm not sure how much I'm down now. I've been without a scale of my own for a while now, but I think between fifteen and twenty lbs. I have gone from a size 22 jeans to a size 15 junior and I got those last week. Now they are falling down.
  16. I've been an avid watcher since my surgery, and trust me, there are times I would trade a week of sex for a painless plate of deep fried anything covered in cheese and topped with potatoes and bacon. Then I drink some water, feel it hit my grumpy pouch, and change the station.
