  1. Hey all! My name is Laurel and I'm 25 years old. I had gastric bypass on April 6, 2012. Yupp only 8 days ago. I am down 20lbs I am still pretty sore but trying to stay active. I feel like I have a whole new outlook on my life. i had lapband surgery in 2009 and lost weight but gained it back. i dont think.i was mature enough for that change back then. I am very positive now and wouldnt change this for anything. Does anyone have any tips on a good tasting Protein powder? ive tried a few but theyre just alright. very glad i found this place! and its an app right on my phone any advice would be great!! *Laurel*
