  1. Frozen Protein yogurt bites 4 oz of plain Greek yogurt or krogers carb counter yogurt Scoop of your favorite Protein powder Take a fork and mix the protein powder into the yogurt really good. Mix to the point it's a smooth consistancy. Take wax paper and line a cookie sheet. Spoon out drops of yogurt to form bite size drops. Put in freezer over night. In the morning you'll have protein yogurt bites. I use strawberry flavored protein powder and it's pretty good.
  2. I think I saw a recipe swap thread on here. So glad to see that your health is getting better after surgery and hope for even better news in the end result.
  3. I'm 25 years old and obese. I've struggled with my weight ever since my first year of elementary school. I decided to do the RNY operation in August 2011 and started the process of a 6 month insurance required pre op plan. Due to life events prior to the decision, I have anxiety plus depression issues and was put on a psychiatric evaluation for an additional amount of time. I've cleared the evaluation and the pre op insurance plan, it's finally time to get the ball rolling with the weight loss center. I'm a little nervous about the operation being so permanent but I know that the end result will be better than living life plus sized and sick.
