I want to say a prayer for everyone going thru the operation and even the ones that haven't had it yet. Father God we come to you asking for healing and guidance Lord we know you want us to take care of our bodies which is the Temple and by your stripes we are healed. Lord cast out the doubts and negative remarks we are holding on your word Lord. We want to see our children and grandchildren grow up to have kids and to live in joyous life worshiping you Lord we ask you this in Jesus Name Amen!

Girl I know what you mean when is your surgery?

My surgery was cancelled I had a espoide at work came out to be my labs were out of wack I was servely dehydrated do now I'll be getting my lab work done on May 7th please keep my in prayers I feel like giving up

My surgery was canceled due to the fact of my labs were wacky and I had episode at work so now I am back on this Optifast I'm eating one meal a day and getting lab work done on May 7 I can't wait to this is all over them when I'm getting very frustrated

How are you doing time is wandering down for us now I'm getting real nervous I know when the 23rd comes I probably don't know my name.

I am so hungry that my stomach is kicking my backbone LOL!

I started my liquid diet today and so far I have not cheated also wants to go to Texas roadhouse but I'm not going to do I'm going to fight the good fight!!

I just left from my surgeons office I'm cleared and I am scared to death I got my Optifast stuff and getting ready to rock 'n roll on Monday.

My surgery is on April 23 and I'm very nervous . What you should do is to start writing everything down that you eat start back exercising drinking water doing your protein keep a positive attitude and check with your bariatric nurse. Good luck guys and keep me in your prayers
