  4. Ok a little off topic but I'm wondering if anyone has suffered from constipation with the pre op diet? If so, what did you find best to use? I apologize in advance if this is TMI.
  5. Loved your story. I'm scheduled for October 22 and my straying weight was 237. I've lost 6lbs this week with pre op diet but I was so terrified of what I would like but it seems your before picture and the body shape I have right now are identical so I certainly hope I could look as good as you without more surgeries. I'm terrified of any surgical procedures but the sleeve is something I feel I really want and need.
  6. Thanks everyone :-) yes, I am still pre op. My surgery is on the 22nd.
  7. Ok so I have a friend who went an she showed me what she looks like now. I'm just wondering if anyone has any before and after photos without having any cosmetic surgeries? Is there anyone who didn't feel the need for skin removal or is that a must with VSG?

  10. Ok so I have a two week pre op diet. It says a shake for breakfast and a shake for lunch then a salad with protein for dinner. My question is, is there anything I can have in between? The last three days are nothing but clear fluids. So am I able to have jello, broth, and juice now as well?
  11. I'm bringing my mother but she is having it done the same day as well.

  18. How are people handling the pre op diet or how have you handled it? First few days are seeming to be rough. I'm feeling a little hungry I think. Not exactly sure if it's hunger or habit????
