Just wondering how your surgery went today? I got to come home today about 2:00! My blood pressure was up but other than that nothing crazy! I was wanting to eat something solid but can't for 3 weeks!!' I'm sure this will get easier as I go along! Hope yours went ok too!!

My surgery went great. My mom and I had it done. She had some breathing issues and what looked like bronchitis. But we are both doing great and heading to the hotel today!

Wow! That's awesome! You have someone to share this experience with! How long do you have to stay at the hotel before you can head home? Did y'all fly or drive?

We are in the hotel for two nights. Fly home on Saturday. Back to alberta canada. Hopefully getting drains out tomorrow.

Kayla just checking to see if you and your mom made it home safely. I don't think I would have been quite ready to fly on Saturday but I'm sure it wasn't so bad. Hopefully you had someone to help you with your luggage. Also I wandered if y'all were able to carry your protein drinks through security!! You will have to fill me in. I am already feeling bored with the drinks myself and I have been at home this whole time. It has been hard for me to get over 500 calories a day. Hope all is going well for y'all!! --- Lana

Hi. My mom woke up on Thursday and was 100% better. It was like a miracle! So we were ready to fly home and we both made it safe and sound. Any drinks over 100ml are not allowed through security.
