  1. My NUT told me that my stomach is not fully healed time 4 months post-op. He said it's best to avoid raw veggies until then.
  2. That is my question too, is it caffeine free? My nutritionist is dead set against me having ANY caffeine.
  3. I was sleeved on 8 /13. Eating soft food with some struggles. Losing weight and feeling pretty good. Having some difficulty getting all my fluid in. I miss drinking while I eat.
  4. I am 6 weeks post op. I have been using meatballs as my go to dinner out choice. I mash one up with my fork, take very small bites and chew well. It has worked well for me.
